Statement to the allies of Occitania

Dear friends,

Three days ago, the Occitanian Federal Court in a control session broke and canceled almost all diplomatic treaties signed by our diplomatic service since our foundation, on September 15, 2015.

Our ministry respects this sovereign decision.

The reasons for this decision are explained by the absence of a legal framework when we have signed these treaties, indeed no legal structure authorized this act. We have made a mistake of juridical appreciation, we have understood it and we assume it.

This decision, far from being an amateurism, shows that our nation has an effective administrative justice as well as solid institutions.

Today we invite our allies to send us their standard documents, to restore as soon as possible our diplomatic links. Similarly, we have documents ready for ratification.

This mistake will not happen again, since we now have all the legal instruments to conclude this kind of agreement,this is the result of our political maturity.
